Rebecca Lynn

Rebecca Lynn

Rebecca works in the AEC as our business manager taking care of all things financial, including personnel, payroll, and anything that flies her way in terms of problems.  She is a 21-year veteran of the UO working an array of jobs from Admissions, Registrars, History and finally to the AEC, where she has been for the past 8 years.  Her institutional knowledge, as well as her 10-year history as a legal assistant helps us keep the fat out of the fire.  She has a great sense of humor and is compassionate.

In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys reading, gardening, walking her dogs and for the past 20 years has done large-breed canine rescue and rehabilitation.  She also has served stints at the local Humane Society as a dog walker, served on the board of home acquisition with St. Vincent DePaul, and is extremely social justice minded.  Her efforts at the UO have played along with these passions while serving on the campus wide Diversity Committee, and the Advisory Committee on Equity and Inclusion to the University Senate.

Rebecca lives with her canine family, Black Labs Jasper and Jasmine, and Daisy, a Malamute/Shepherd mix, while her two adult children are off on their own life ventures.
