The first step to working with AEC is to make an appointment!  

Make an appointment in one of these ways:

• Call us: 541-346-1155. 
• Email us: uoaec@uoregon.edu.  

For intake appointments, come ready to discuss: 

• Your educational and medical history 
• Current concerns/anticipated areas of needed support 
• Any documentation you might have (psychoeducational evaluation, letter from medical provider, etc.). If you don’t have documentation, that’s okay! 

Please note that accommodations are not retroactive.
